THE OBJECTIVES
The objectives are the detailed actions throughout which the TRUE domains are executed.
OBJECTIVE 1
Making innovation and entrepreneurship part of daily routines and stable in the long term
1.1. Consolidation of innovation, entrepreneurship and tech-transfer support units
Strengthening of collaborations with external stakeholders, provision of support for tech-transfer and boost of entrepreneurship to magnify tech-transfer, university-industry collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship.
1.2. Knowledge transfer
Workshops, regular meetings and knowledge sharing to consolidate of innovation and entrepreneurship.
OBJECTIVE 2
Broaden the scope of action as to generate a major impact on Higher Education Institution (HEI) communities
2.1.Development of open-source digital tools
2.1.1. Innovation Toolkit: self-education tool where anyone to develop sustainable innovations through a guided process without knowledge on innovation or entrepreneurship.
2.1.2. Gamified digital platform: compilation of ideas, innovative projects and start-ups to foster collaboration between departments, faculties and external stakeholders while offering guidance and generating metrics.
OBJECTIVE 3
Making education and training in innovation and entrepreneurship accessible to students, and academic and non-academic staff
3.1. Educational innovation and entrepreneurship for students
Implementation of the innovative and entrepreneurial contents in all student degrees and curricula to achieve a full mindset transformation.
3.2. Educational innovation and entrepreneurship for academic staff
Implementation of the innovative and entrepreneurial contents in academic staff training to achieve creative and engaging teaching based on the lean start-up and practice.
3.3. Think Tank with industry partners
3.4. Expansion of informal training programs
OBJECTIVE 4
Promotion of organizational change towards entrepreneurship through behavior change
4.1. Development and implementation of workshops and training programs
Increasing of the investment in people and the university training offer to accelerate behavioural change towards a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset and skills expansion.
4.2. Joint Acceleration Program
Personalized mentoring and short interships in incubator facilities for selected start-ups to strengthen the collaboration between entrepreneurial ecosystems.
OBJECTIVE 5
Reconstruction of the gap between entrepreneurial actions, teaching and research by metrics generation
5.1. Measurement of the entrepreneurial mindset
Measurement of the entrepreneurial competences to detect progress made through performed actions that can be updated, modified or pivoted.
5.2. Communication channels and data sharing between researchers and support units
Fostering of excellence in research, innovation and entrepreneurship and provision of support and council to develop policies adapted to regional governments.
5.3. Creation of methodologies to facilitate the generation of metrics
5.4. Rescan of technology capacities inside universities and generation of a repository
